Yes folks- it's been a full year since I started this little blog- with this here post. It's been a fun year- and I think the best thing that's come out of keeping this blog is motivation. My mind is always spinning with projects and ideas- and I love being able to share them here on the blog- so here's a pictoral recap of my first year in blogworld- via some of my favorite blog post images....

and as a thank you to all of the faithful readers out there- I wanted to do another giveaway.

  1. My favorite is the 12x12 mixed media on linen that is bronze and has the fan-like leaf prints and looks like a tree.
    The inspiration word is "home"

  3. Hi Hannah. I'd like to be entered into your drawing. I like the 30" x 48" mixed media on canvas that has the blue sky and the brown leaves best- I'd want something similar.
    Thanks

  5. They are all beautiful - I like the nature themed ones (the leaves are beautiful), but in brighter, bolder colors. Your blog is great, I've read all of the posts.

And while I have your attention, I want more advice on baby-wearing gear! I'll inbox you later :)

  9. I love them all but as you know for this series I like the less vibrantly colored ones best of all. My favorites by far are the large gold and black with swirling ginkgo leaves or the horizontal with the same color scheme. The textures and movement are so beautiful and they look like mystical rivers or swirling air to me. When I look at the black ones in the series I think of outer space, the subconscious, magic, and the spirit world.

  10. Of course I LOVE the 12X12 mixed media on linen so much and it is certainly my favorite. But holy cow! The one that is listed two above it, the 30X48 mixed media on canvas (with the blue sky above and the leaves below) is stunning!

My inspiration word would be patience.

  12. Your creations are amazing, but the one that strikes a cord in my heart is the 18 x 36 mixed media on canvas. I loved it when I saw it online and then completely loved it in person. Your blog is motivating to me too so thank you for all you do. If perhaps I am a lucky winner, I would love a piece over our bed called "love". Good Luck to all.
